Super precision bearings are used wherever the application has particular requirements for the accuracy of the bearing arrangement. Using high precision production processes, Schaeffler produces bearings for these applications with heavily restricted tolerances.
Super precision bearings are available as radial bearings, axial bearings and combined axial/radial bearings. Within these three groups, different types meet the specific requirements of the respective applications, for example as bearing arrangements for main spindles, screw drives and rotary tables.
